This is the first time I work with the 3D printer, with which I'm capable of printing both shoe lasts and rubber soles. I've done that in this prototype, to test how it goes. I used special technique to stretch the sole on with the help of polyethylene foil. The adhesion is very acceptable with this material, but at it's shore hardness of only 60A and being a thermoplastic it will deteriorate for outside wear. I am looking forward of overcoming this with vulcanized rubber and PU foam, to achieve a higher durability and speed up the manufacture, meanwhile preserving the weight and stability. This requires a CNC-milled aluminum molds.

The second time using the shoe last resulted in a very prominent foot shaped shoe because I utilized my invention. Unlike the last time, the instep area is now much lower and provides even more cramped fit so no foot can wobble. It is a ventilated summer model, but the structure holds it's shape rigidly thanks to strategically placed and carefully picked real leather pieces, exactly 13 of them. This standard is hard to achieve on industrial level, but simplify the design and use of accessible material is my crucial point on industriability. It is also featuring laser engraved logo which compensates the tampography printing technology which I cannot posses right now.
